Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

• To support the running of the factory by resolving breakdowns and delivering maintenance.
• 通过解决故障和提供维护来支持工厂的运行
• To ensure all maintenance actives are safe to compliance with the local regulations and company HSE policy.
• 确保所有维修活动安全有效, 符合本地法规和公司HSE政策。

Duties

1. Be responsible for daily check, inspection, record and find potential hazards on utility and equipment all around plant and workshop.负责厂区及各车间设施和设备日常巡检、点检工作，作好相关记录并向部门反映潜在隐患；
2. Carry out maintenance schedule, take part in CI and advise on improvement activity.根据保养计划执行保养维护活动，并适时对保养工作提出改进建议；
3. Responsible for trouble shooting and find out potential fault; 负责现场设备的故障处理并及时发现设备运行中的隐患；
4. Improve the effectiveness and stability of production equipment and reduce unplanned downtime.提高生产设备的有效性和稳定性，减少非计划停机时间；

1. Analyze and solve the technical problems, work overtime to recover equipment/facility and support production when necessary.分析和解决维修中的技术问题，必要时需连续加班，满足生产，恢复设备/设施功能；

2. Provide constructive suggestion for the continual improvement of equipment and facilities, support Engineer to complete the improvement activities. 为设备和设施的持续改进提供合理化建议，并配合工程师完成改善和改进活动；

3. Support the selection of odd projects’ vendors, follow up the project progress and ensure quality delivery by proper guidance and site management.支持零星工程的供应商选择，指导和管理施工现场，跟进工程进度并确保质量；

4. Be responsible for spare parts in warehouse; Assist on spare parts procurement, classification and record.负责备件仓库的现场管理，协助备件的采购、整理和记录；

Education Degree

Required Experience

1. High school and above education, mechatronics and related majors.  高中及以上学历，机电一体化及相关专业。
2. More than 2 years of experience in plant equipment facilities or chemical equipment maintenance.  2年以上厂务设备设施或化工设备维护工作经验。
3. Be familiar with vacuum pumps, pressure vessels, piping systems, thermal instruments and other factory equipment and facilities. 熟悉真空泵、压力容器、管道系统、热工仪表及其他厂务设备和设施；
4. Holding a maintenance electrician's certificate is preferred. 持有维修电工证者优先考虑；
