The hourly pay rate for the Maintenance Technician position starts at $24.00 per hour. Annual merit, bonus and incentive plans are also offered. The shift for this position is 7AM-7PM. 

What you will do with us:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on all plant equipment including high volume, validated processing equipment in a (Insert modality) sterilization environment. 

  • Participate in installation of new equipment, and maintenance of the electrical system 

  • Performs general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting and carpentry 

  • Conduct scheduled safety/maintenance inspections, including completion of related documentation 

  • Maintain a spare parts program 

  • Respond to off-shift maintenance calls on a rotating on-call schedule

  • Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures 

  • Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager 

  • Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job 

Education Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED

You'll be a great fit if you can:

  • Pass a background check, drug screen, and annual physical evaluation  
  • Demonstrate the ability to always follow safety rules  
  • Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team  
  • Show a minimum of 2 years related experience in positions demonstrating knowledge of maintenance systems  
  • Successfully complete the company Operator training certification and pass the annual recertification test  
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics or electrical applications  
  • Demonstrate an ability to read blueprints and schematics  
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing  
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and critical math skills  
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. - due to the physical nature of the job, requiring strength and endurance
