Inventory & System Control Intern

Position Summary

We are seeking for a candidate for an internship who will support in the following activities: 

• Perform periodically inventory of stock, cycle count, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values .
• Monitor transaction integrity.
• Support the management on KPI analysis.
• Analyze and solve any stock issues.
• Analyze root cause of daily inventory adjustments.
• Assist in automating and integrating corporate cross-functions such as inventory control, procurement, distribution, manufacturing and project management.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day business activities across the Operations.
• Support Manager and the team in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
• Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system everyday.
• Support the launch of new products and sustaining projects.
• Work closely with Planning, Master Data, Tech Sourcing, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Regulatory, R&D.

Education Degree

Required Competencies

• Leadership skills and attitude.
• Good computer skills: ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data and experience with ERP systems, and MS Office applications is beneficial.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and skills.
• Able to think end to end when dealing with challenges and opportunities.
• Able to prioritize within multiple day-to-day activities and projects.
