Working Pattern
Full-time, 40 hrs per week on Monday-Friday at 8:00-16:30.
What is involved?
- Repair endoscopes across all aspects of the process.
- Independently troubleshoot and eliminate malfunctions.
- Dismantle, repair, or replace medical instruments and end products according to drawings, work plans, and manufacturing instructions.
- Perform soldering, gluing, joining, general assembly, cleaning, surface treatment, and packaging.
- Use laser machines, soldering tools, drills, and microscopes.
- Test work results according to test instructions and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with specifications regarding execution, quality, quantity, and deadlines.
- Care for and maintain operating resources.
- Be responsible for assigned devices.
- Handle equipment carefully to avoid damage.
- Collaborate on product-related tasks.
- Train new employees.
- Take notes during ongoing training.
- Communicate with team and leadership.
- Maintain and properly use equipment (microscope, computer, tools).
- Keep work areas clean.
- Prioritise workload and scan devices.
- Request parts from the stockroom.
- Maintain punctuality and notify the line manager in case of absence.

Required Experience
- Ability to handle small objects with precision and use tweezers.
- Excellent hearing.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with pliers.
- Proficiency in using a microscope or soldering station.
- Experience with laser welding.
- Familiarity with machinery operation.
- Experience with lathe operation.
