Position Summary
What You'll do as a Welder III
- Perform TIG welding to prescribed specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and welding symbols.
- Complete joint penetration (CJP) welds, fitting and purging as required.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct visual weld inspections and support quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot welding equipment and processes.
- Assist with mentoring and training Welder I and II team members.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of Welding experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a solid metal fabrication/machining environment required.
Preferred:
- Welding experience in flux core, MIG, stick and carbon steel preferred.
- Certification in GTAW (TIG)

Starting pay rate for this opportunity is $25.00- $30.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
