No two people learn the same way, at the same pace. That’s where you come in. As a Clinical Educator, you will not only be the face of orientation and training for your facility and team, but you will also use your experience and expertise to develop each individual’s skills and abilities throughout their time in the Sterile Processing Department. Rotating shift based on customer need. Sign on bonus and relocation for qualified candidates.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement training plans based on the priorities of your facility and staff members
  • Lead multi-week training programs for all new Sterile Processing employees at your facility
  • Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify employee knowledge gaps at your assigned facility and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the Sterile Processing team
  • Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures

What You Need to Be Successful

  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. 3+ years training experience required
  3. 3+ years Sterile Processing experience required
  4. CRCST (HSPA) or CSPDT (CBSPD) Certification required
  5. CER (HSPA) or CFER (CBSPD) within 6 months of hire date or promotion
  6. CIS (HSPA) or CSIS (CBSPD) or CST (NBSTSA) certification within 1 year of hire date or promotion
  7. Must maintain certification by completing 12 Continuing Education Credit Hours each year, or more if required for a specific certification
