Phone Interview
Typically conducted by our Talent Acquisition team, phone interviews last 20–45 minutes, depending on the role. Time goes by quickly, so take the time beforehand to prepare and be ready to walk us through your background and key accomplishments.

Interviewing
Depending on the role, your next step may be a virtual or in-person interview with either the hiring manager or a small interview team. These conversations typically last about an hour, and typically you’ll meet with each person one-on-one.

Debrief
After interviews are completed, the hiring team will meet internally to review each candidate’s performance and determine who they’d like to offer the position. We aim to hold this debrief as quickly as possible once all interviews are wrapped up.

Offer
If you’re selected, you’ll receive a verbal offer from a member of the Talent Acquisition team or the hiring manager directly. We’ll give you some time to make a decision, typically 24/48 hours, and will require a response back in writing.

Pre-Employment Screening
All new hires must complete a background check and drug screen test. Some Customer-facing roles may require additional steps, such as medical credentialing or motor vehicle record (MVR) checks. Your Talent Acquisition partner will have outlined any role-specific requirements at the start of the process.

Onboarding
This final step ensures you’re set up for success from day one. Your manager will provide a structured onboarding plan covering everything from benefits enrollment to job-specific training, tools, and process reviews, helping you confidently transition into your new role.
