Position Summary
The role of the Validation operator is to work as part of the validation set up team and complete all Customer validation set up requirements as per the required protocols and standard operating procedures. Make up all biological indicators for validation loads. Ensure that all Biological indicator, pyro buttons and samples are available prior to load set up and to work on allocated objectives set out by the process manager.

Sets up all customer validation loads as per customer protocols.

Makes up biological indicators for all validation loads.

|
|
Ensures all Biological indicators data loggers and samples are available prior to load set up.
|

|
Documents all stages of the validation set up as per company SOPs and other procedures.

Duties - cont'd
1. At all times performs all tasks with due recognition of safety and environmental risks. Adheres to all policies and procedures in relation to EtO. Maintains and wears, as required, protective clothing and equipment.
2. Co-operates and assists with environmental and personnel monitoring of EtO and attends regular medical examinations when required, including blood/urine analyses and other appropriate diagnostic tests.
3. Regular stock take of customer dunnage
4. Co-operates and assists with any external contractors on site.
5. Available to support the EO process when required on request of Supervisor/Manager
