ACCOUNT CLERK

- TEMPORARY 12 MONTHS

 

 

Position Summary

Duties

  • Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
  • · Basic accounting and monthly closing AP
  • · Vat compliance and monthly check to fiscal registers
  • · Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
  • · Perform monthly reconciliations
  • · Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies
  • and procedures
  • · Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
  • · Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • · Audit and process credit card bills
  • · Address and respond to vendor inquiries

Education Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED in Accounting

Required Experience

5 year experience preferred in accounting in multinational companies

  • Good English knowledge and fluently
  • · Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
  • · Strong time management and organizational skills
  • · Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • · High degree of attention to detail
  • · Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • · Proactive approach and curiosity
  • · Strong analytic abilities
  • Able to work under pressure during monthly hard closing

 

 

This position is for account payable duties in Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czeck

Republic, including travel expenses audit , invoice processing, monthly account reconciliation vat compliance and

monthly accruals.

Ensure all the work compliant with STERIS Finance policies and government related laws and regulations.
