Job Title:  Accounts Assistant

Position Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Trescore Balneario (BG). This position is responsible for the GL financial accounting duties for LE 640, 641, 685, 695 in Italy, Slovenia  and Czeck Republic. He/she will ensure all the work compliant with STERIS Finance policies and government related laws and regulations.

Contract conditions

We will offer a maternity replacement contract.

Duties

1. Assistance for the monthly,interim and annual reporting process
2. Fixed assets module management
3. Management of the projects module
4. Assistance for preparation of the statutory financial statements
5. Relations with external auditors
6. Interface with Operations regarding AST reporting
7. Management and coordination of cash flow reporting
8. Coordination with the other functions (AP) regarding the payments to be made in light of the cash flow situation (foreign LE)
9. Support to the AP function of foreign companies
10. Main local support regarding various projects involving the function
11. Interface with Territory Lead to discuss complex problems to be solved
12. Support in the process of budgeting, planning, etc.
13. Enter day to day GL journal entries

Education Degree

Required Experience

• 2 year experience preferred in a accounting or tax department

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
