Position Summary

We are looking to hire a Pricing and Contract Administrator to manage the drafting and revision of our company’s contracts & Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs).

The successful candidate will generate, and interpret a wide range of documentation, and provide support on which contract terms and conditions can be negotiated between STERIS and its Customers. You will maintain files for contracts containing original contracts, relevant correspondence and amendments.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, accountable and are proficient multitaskers. As we work across a large region, you need to be able to adapt to working with a range of teams, and on a range of projects in a timely manner, and be able to organize your time appropriately. Whilst the role largely involves working with internal Customers – our sales organization, there may be occasion where you work with Customers directly, so clear effective communication is key.

Critically, this role requires a thorough, process driven individual who has a critical eye for detail to help drive the sales and operations function. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for pricing amendment and contracts within our region.

The Sales and Operations Planning team is based in our AST HQ in Swindon. The role is office based, with occasional travel to other sites in our region as required.

Pricing and Contracts

The Pricing and Contracts Administrator is responsible for generating contracts & NDAs from templated agreements by populating with relevant Customer data and commercial terms for the EMEAA-APAC region, and tracking the process of these documents throughout their lifecycle. Once a contract is signed, they are responsible for implementing contractually agreed pricing into our pricing systems. We work with several systems, notably an inhouse system known as ‘ODMS’, which is constantly evolving. To support, the Sales & Operations Planning Coordinator is required to bring rigor to our process, through the ownership of the process, to to help shape  process moving forward.

 

Tableau – Data visualization system

Within the business we use Tableau which is a data visualization tool. To ensure data is robust and up to date, we operate an account manager resigster (AMR) which is a central database outlining who in our sales organization supports each Customer.

Capacity planning at a site and regional level

Within STERIS we need to carefully balance the capacity within our facilities and the demand from our Customers which have access to them. To facilitate this, we have a capacity planning function, which the role of Sales & Operations Planning Coordinator is pivotal to.

Required Experience

Experience working with and managing contracts                                      
Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in contracts                     
Attention to detail and ability to notice errors                                                                       
2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field                                      
Highly attentive to the speedy management of detail                     
Highly organised and planned skills                               
Meticulous and pedantic about detail                                
Contract management experience                              
Strong Customer service background                             
Experience of building relationships with customers internal &  external               
Able to provide evidence of working in a pressurised environment            
Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectation                    
Has experience working across Europe & Asian Markets                     
Experience of working in a tenders, bid or contract environment
