Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director, Group Controller & Board of Directors.  This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimising our Board’s time to ensure strategic initiatives and goals are met.

This role can be hired on a full or part time basis and will be based in our Swindon Head Office requiring occasional national and international travel.

Duties of the Role


•    Executive administration support to our EMEA & APAC Managing Director and Global Group Controller: expenses, diary management, inbox filtering etc.
•    Organising and managing Board Meetings and ad-hoc meeting/event requests from the Board of Directors. 
•    Administration support for the EMEA & APAC board members to include but not limited to; travel organisation, credit card expenses, personal expenses, documentation proofing and PO management.
•    Direct line management responsibility of the Head Office Assistant 
•    Facilitation, co-ordination and participation in quarterly EMEA APAC town hall meetings
•    Managing and executing legal signing on behalf of the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
•    Supporting with project management administration and coordination.
•    Be the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
•    Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and documents.

Skills and Experience

1.    Proven experience as either a PA or EA supporting senior business leaders at Board /C-Suite level

2.    Proven track record working in a sensitive business environment 

3.    Strong verbal, analytical, interpersonal, presentation and computer / IT skills.

4.    Self starter with ability to manage own workload

5.    Trustworthy, responsible and motivated individual

6.    Organisation and time management skills essential
