The Role

The Human Resources Intern will have the opportunity to shadow and learn from an established HR Team at our St. Louis facility.  

What You Will Do

  • Assist in various human resources functions and projects that may include recruiting, team engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion initiatives, & other human resources generalist functions
  • Perform research by gathering, assembling and compiling data for studies and reports to support said special projects

What You Need To Be Successful

  • At least 4 semesters of undergraduate courses towards a Human Resources or Humanities related degree
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High proficiency within Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
