Position Summary

The TA Manager APAC will be partnership with Global TA and HR Business Partner in APAC region, responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting, develop business partnerships, and execute a broad-based search strategy that ultimately delivers a strong talent pipeline for the business. This role will also take the lead in APAC for process optimization, technology deployment in terms of recruitment, ensure candidates/customers experiences through recruitment process and involved in entire employer branding project within APAC.


Recruitment (100%)

  • Lead search strategy creation and execution for the entire APAC region by different job grade or level of positions.   
  • Be a talent market advisor and consultant to the hiring teams and APAC HR Business Partner, which includes finding opportunities outside of intake and update calls for direct engagement and learning within the business or function you support.  
  • Work closely with APAC HR Business Partner to develop and execute innovative strategies to source and select the best talent in the market, efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Ensure process and hiring teams are providing an exceptional candidate experience, and be a STERIS brand ambassador to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image.
  • Leverage the full range of tools and sources available to you to generate a diverse and qualified talent pool.  
  • Build a presence and following on social media with respect to your recruiting assignments.
  • Constantly farm and stay in contact with all candidates you have encountered that stood out to you. 
  • Participates in technology deployment, process optimization and various other TA related projects as interested.

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources

Required Experience

At least 8 years hands on working experiences as the recruiter, and 3+ with the exposure to the Asia/Pacific region.
