Position Summary

The position is accountable for achieving sales quota, profitability and marketing objectives while operating within the Company policies and expense budget.  He/she is required to execute sales activities independently and conduct in-service training services to customer with accordance to Endoscopy standard guideline. The coverage involving infection prevention products & endoscopy therapeutic consumables (Endoscopy Reprocessing & Procedural)

Duties

  1. Build and manage the assigned business portfolio
  2. Collaborate with different functional teams internally
  3. Promote and educate customers on endoscopy consumables and chemistry products.
  4. Able to standby endoscopy procedure whenever necessary
  5. Establish and develop rapport with KOL. 
  6. Organize user training to customers, support product and chemistry trials.
  7. Identify new business opportunities.
  8. Monitor competitors’ activity in Singapore and execute counter measures.
  9. Meet or overachieve sales targets to ensure achievement of the agreed sales budget.
  10. Confers with Sales Manager and Country Manager to review business achievement and discuss required changes to meet objective goals.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies including, but not limited to FCPA.

 

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED in Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business

Required Experience

 

1. Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in a medical device industry.

2. Experience in Endoscopy field with Physician-based / infection control product.

3. Proven track record in successful achieving sales objective in a variety of distribution structures and product segments, preferably in consumables business

4. Demonstrate skillset with sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities and counter competitive threats.

5. Good relation-building with internal colleague / external customers

6. Ability to conduct hands-on training.

7. Strong analytical capability to understand deal on profitability and problem solving.

8. Strong presentation skills and confidence
