Summary

STERIS is looking add fresh energy and commercial drive to our Sales team in Singapore! As a Sales Executive, you will independently manage sales activities and deliver high-quality in-service training to customers, in line with STERIS Endoscopy standard guidelines. You will play a role in supporting healthcare professionals and driving adoption of our solutions. You will be responsible for diverse and impactful portfolio: Endoscopy Therapeutic consumables.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage the assigned business portfolio
  • Collaborate with different functional teams internally
  • Promote and educate customers on endoscopy consumables and chemistry products.
  • Able to standby endoscopy procedure whenever necessary
  • Establish and develop rapport with KOL. 
  • Organize user training to customers, support product and chemistry trials.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors’ activity in Singapore and execute counter measures.
  • Meet or overachieve sales targets to ensure achievement of the agreed sales budget.
  • Confers with Sales Manager and Country Manager to review business achievement and discuss required changes to meet objective goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies including, but not limited to FCPA.

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business or healthcare related field. 
  • 3 - 5 years sales efforts in a medical device industry, preferably in Endoscopy field with Physician-based / infection control products.
  • Proven track record in successful achieving sales objective in a variety of distribution structures and product segments, preferably in consumables business.
  • Demonstrate skillset with sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities and counter competitive threats.
  • Good relation-building with internal colleague / external customers
  • Ability to conduct hands-on training.
  • Strong analytical capability to understand deal on profitability and problem solving.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence.
  • High level of proficiency in relevant software programs (including Salesforce.com, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and automated sales forms/tools.

This position requires knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties involved, including regular communications outside the province of Quebec, training, email communications, and frequent meetings and interactions with English- only employees.
