Position Summary

Facilitating an exceptional customer experience is your contribution to our after sales offering. As a Customer Service Support Administrator you will ensure all planned contracted work is carried out in a timely manner.Facilitating an exceptional customer experience is your contribution to our after sales offering. you are the first and main point of contact for our B2B customers You will liaise directly with customers and other stakeholders via e-mail and phone, proving your exceptional ability to establish a strong relationship with all our customers.

Duties

     Ordering EWD & CESC Service Kits.
     Ordering EWD & CESC Validation Kits.
     Tracking delivery status to ensure kits arrive on time & providing P.O.D. – Updating shipping records for both Cabinets & Washers daily.
     Requesting credits from UPS if consignments are not delivered in time.
     Keeping engineers informed regarding, ordering, transit, stock issues, of their kits.
     Working with purchasing to improve stock levels.
     Tracking back orders – chasing ETA of stock pushing for orders to be expedited where possible.
     Co-ordinating transit times with couriers – Chasing for updates on delays on kits.
     Saving costs where possible/recording when labs have not dispatched kits/following up with the labs to improve customer service.
     Checking BOM on PPM schedules against BOM on Sage.  Following up on any discrepancies.
     Answering customer queries.

Required Experience

  • Education:  GCSE as a minimum
  • Relevant Company Experience:  General Administration duties, invoicing experience.
  • Technical Skills: IT Skills in Windows based computing.
  • Computer skills: Windows, NT, Sage.
  • Other: Good telephone manner, good communicator, highly organized.
  • Concentration, accurate records, eye for detail, focused on the job, articulate, sociable and team player. Also has to be comfortable working on their own initiative.
  • Excellent telephone manner and skills.
