Job Title:  Accountant

Position Summary

•    This position is mainly responsible for the company's daily cash management, invoice, payment settlement, and employee reimbursement. 
              会计岗位主要负责公司的货币资金核算、往来结算、开具发票以及员工报销核查。
•    This position mainly faces the cash in and out. It is an indispensable part of the normal business activities of the company. 
该职位主要面对公司现金流入流出，是公司正常开展业务活动中不可或缺的一环。
•    Employees are required to have a meticulous work attitude and good professional ethics. 
              该职位需要职员有细致入微的工作态度以及良好的职业操守。

Duties

• CASHIER AND ACCOUNTING出纳和会计  - 75%
  •    Prepare for all bank relevant transactions and bookkeeping. – 30%
  负责银行相关的所有交易并系统入帐。
  •    Prepare cash report every week, update cashflow for Capex project/cashflow forecast. – 5%
  每周提供现金报表，更新项目现金流，进行现金流量预测。
  •    Ensure every invoice is supported by the required documents and approval. Ensure the staff claims are in compliance with STERIS rules & regulations.  – 25%
  根据公司差旅报销制度对员工报销单据进行审核，确保员工报销符合公司内部规定。
  •    Responsible for voucher and reports filing. – 10%  
  会计凭证和报表的整理和装订。
  •    Assistant Accounting Supervisor for internal & external auditing, EIT filing, statistics filing and other assignments. –5%
  协助上级做好审计，汇算清缴，统计及其他内外部事宜的支持工作。

  TAX 税务相关 - 20%
  •    Issue VAT invoice -10%
  开具增值税专用发票
  •    VAT-IN invoice declaration, VAT-IN and OUT calculation –10%
  进项税额认证及进销项税统计汇总

  
  OTHERS 其他 – 5%
  •    Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

Education Degree

Required Experience

• •    Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting major, over 1 year working experience in finance area.
  会计学本科学历，一年以上会计工作经验。
  •    Associate’s Degree, Accounting major, over 2 years working experience in finance area.
  会计学专科学历，两年以上会计工作经验。

  •    Be familiar with finance, tax, financial, industrial and commercial regulations and policy 
  对财政、税收、金融、工商等各类法规和制度有所了解
  •    Good communication skills. 
  良好的沟通能力
  •    Can read and write English.
  具备一定英语读写能力
  •    Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  熟练操作计算机Office软件
  •    Preferably with experience in SAP ByD.
  有使用SAP ByD企业资源管理系统经验者优先
  •    Preferably with Multi-National Companies experience.
  外企工作经验者优先
