Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day related sales activities in the designated territory to ensure the achievement of sales and profit objectives in the designated product groups.  The professional must ensure that sales quotas on all relevant STERIS product groups within the area of responsibility are met or exceeded.


1.    Implement coordinated local sales and marketing strategies, working in Customers and small and medium regions, in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals, and sales revenue goals. Manage time, travels demands and activities to maximize effectiveness.
2.    Be responsible for the accuracy of product line forecasts on a monthly and a quarterly basis.
3.    Sell and meet and/or exceed personal sales goals. 
4.    Coordinate sales efforts with local Comercial and Consumable Leadership team, when appropriate, and identify market requirements within the designated territory, ensuring that coordinated and approved sales strategies are efficiently met.
5.    Propose and present changes in sales strategies, protocols or procedures through line management for proper approval workflow.
6.    Be planned and organized to met sales budget.
7.    Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with key accounts, consultants, architects, influencers, stakeholders and sales channels and purchasing groups to enhance the corporation's professional activity.
8.    Make sure that sales processes are in compliance with local law, STERIS compliance rules and local regulatory requirements.
9.    Define and implement training programs to develop Customers, if needed.
10.    Ensure continuous personal development.

Education Degree

    Required Experience

    •    Graduation in Nursing, Pharmacy or Engineering;
    •    Advanced English is desirable;
    •    Experience in  B2B and  B2C sales in the medical field or  similar;
    •    Knowledge office package;
    •    Knowledge in administrative sales and services (post sales strategies);
    •    Experience of 6 to 8 years.
    •    Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
