This is a remote based customer facing position. To support and service our customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of the Portland OR area.

STERIS Endoscopy can help simplify and standardize your small capital with our full portfolios of innovative endoscopy equipment that improve patient care every day. From spray cryotherapy, electrosurgery and CO2 insufflation, we are continuously developing endoscopy devices, small capital equipment and novel technologies to help clinicians provide the best treatment possible. 

Our Healthcare Customers are federally mandated (by Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services or CMS) requiring vendors to have the COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption.  There are select Customers who do not accept any exceptions. Unvaccinated Associates may be excluded from working at a Customer site, require routine testing with an approved exemption (if accepted by the Customer) or have limited Customer access impacting their ability to remain employed. Additionally, we may be required to meet state mandates on COVID-19 vaccination, exemptions and/or booster requirements. This position is a Customer-facing role that falls under a state or CMS mandate.

How You Will Make A Difference

As the Product Specialist, you will drive the sales of STERIS Endoscopy’s products into a specific geographic territory. You will provide on-going educational support to STERIS Endoscopy’s Customers as to the proper use and understanding of our products. Also, you will be the primary contact for Customers to resolve business transactional issues. Open to candidates that live in Boise, ID.

What You Will Do

• Sales and in-servicing of STERIS Endoscopy’s Products
• Resolve Customer’s needs and issues
• Provide timely completion and reporting of market conditions, customer feedback, competitive information, and Marketing needs
• Maintain account and territory information
• Generate pricing agreements and Customer quotes
• Maintain expenses per Company guidelines

What You Need to be Successful

 Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of successful sales experience
• Positive attitude
• Moderate computer skills, (specifically with spreadsheets, word processors, and databases).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel
• Ability to work with limited supervision
