Consumable Operator

Position Summary

The Consumable Operator will participate to the daily manufacturing activities required to achieve production targets, ensuring the planning of production, as well as maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.  Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, quality team.

Please note: we will offer an initial fixed-term contract.

Duties

• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and new idea proposed
• Acting to be compliant with all the health and safety company procedures
• Observing process, procedures and policies in order to achieve company goals
• Following written instruction of the letter
• Routinely conducting machines and or manually operations to achieve the expected production
• Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining data logs which include time, weights, temperatures, pressure, all legibly and timely
• Obverse the bulk production processes and assure on time bulk manufacturing and with good quality
• Manage the warehouse dedicated to the raw materials approved by quality control
• Continuous improvement approach

Education Degree

Required Experience/Competencies

1. Moderate level of knowledge of handling, and safety characteristics of routinely used raw materials and finished goods
2. Understanding of Production Planning and Execution
3. Understanding of Chemistry production
4. Chemical handling experience preferred related manufacturing experience
5. Computer proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel) required and e-mail communication
6. Kitting manufacturing expirience
7. Ability to work with others in a respectful manner and as a member of the team
8. Working with the team to achieve all goals set forth in the department
9. Knowledge of production, processes and activities
