Job Title:  Buyer Intern Capital

Position Summary

We are looking for a Buyer intern to join our team based in Pomezia.The incumbent will support the procurement team in all purchasing activities of the equipment business in compliance with company procedures. He/She will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise on processing purchase orders, negotiations with suppliers, orders track in order to create and maintain adequate inventory levels. He/she will also support the department KPI analysis and reporting activities.

Duties

1. Process purchase orders and follow up deliveries to support production plans
2. Monitor inventories and ensure they are kept at appropriate levels
3. Maintain and update supplier vendor list
4. Work towards department KPI’s
5. Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D, Regulatory as required

Education Degree

Required Competences

• Bachelor or Master Degree (Management Engineering, Economics, Medical Sciences or equivalent);
• Fluent English written and spoken;
• Critical thinking, problem solving and proactivity
• Strong communication and analytical skills:
• Proficiency in the usage of Office programs ( with a focus on Excel)

Workind Condition

We will offer a 6 months internship.

We will guarantee a monthly contribution in accordance with the regional law on internships.
