Position Summary

Join a World Class Production team in Point Richmond, California. Stretch your knowledge base by utilizing your current experience while expanding your exposure to FDA standards. Contribute to an organization dedicated to launching leading edge Operating Room Integration Solutions. Will perform a variety of programming and production for the medical systems rack as well as subassembly line tasks and functions. Ensure smooth operation of the moving line and operation floor by performing material unboxing upon receipt, basic troubleshooting, loading, and unloading material carts and notifying management of product deficiencies.

Duties

  • Responsible for building customer racks through port maps or wire diagrams
  • Assist Senior level technicians with testing, diagnostic and quality assurance of configurable items
  • Responsible for program and and testing  PCBA and configurable items.
  • Load all racks securely for outbound shipment; ensure all documentation is secured to rack before loading. 
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff in order to kit rack build equipment
  • Follow up with senior technician with material shortages
  • Adheres to ISO procedures, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Lean principles.
  • Provides feedback for workflow improvements.
  • Works with safety, efficiency, and accuracy as priorities always; Ensures quality and safety standards are continuously followed.
  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse; make sure all boxes are broken down and recycled appropriately. 

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

1 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment 

Ability to lift between 25-50 lbs.

Must read, speak and communicate in English proficiently.
