Position Summary:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a part of our Service Operations team and will be responsible for driving insightful analytics and action-based reporting that measures business performance, and for recommending improvement areas for the service organization. This team supports our field service teams through continuously striving for improved processes and developing the infrastructure for quality, error-free reporting. You will lead the development of operational and financial dashboards, quarterly business reviews, optimized service territories, and sales force effectiveness metrics.  You will manage the development of key projects and automated process improvements, and will also provide and present executive and district business reviews. 

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the development of applications and technology based solutions that streamline, mistake proof and measure the effectiveness of key business processes
  • Lead the development of key business (Customer and Operational Effectiveness) metrics through an in-depth understanding and liaison with cross-functional managers/members of the Service and Information Technology organizations.  In addition, provide management with recommendations based on in-depth analysis.
  • Create and manage Contract Dashboards for business information needs (Best-in-Class) providing management line of sight for contract renewal, warranty conversion business
  • Create and manage Quality Dashboards providing Service Engineering, Service Operations & Marketing / Product management insight into Customer’s Service Experience and cost improvement opportunities 
  • Write queries using SQL query language used by IT to build 360 reports
  • Define data documents outlining Service requirements for IT
  • Scope and utilize Tableau to create reporting and conduct analysis
     
What You Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant Business/ Data Analysis experience; 10+ years of direct relevant experience will be considered, in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Big Data required
  • 2+ years of development experience in Tableau strongly preferred
  • dvanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills required
  • Basic SQL & Query writing skills
  • Experience producing quarterly business reviews, developing business process metrics and KPI’s, and designing dashboards
  • Strong business acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management
