Working Pattern
Full-time, 40 hrs per week on Monday-Friday at 8:00-16:30.
What is involved?
- The Inventory Coordinator I plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by managing inventory, which includes the proper storage and accuracy of spare parts, supplies, equipment, and miscellaneous new products, to support predefined inventory levels.
- A key responsibility is processing inventory and supplies to fulfil requests and orders, ensuring that internal and external demands are met efficiently.
- The role also involves performing receiving and inspection of goods, as well as completing periodic inventories and conducting cycle counts, all of which are crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels and overall inventory control.
- To facilitate effective order fulfilment, the Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for raising invoices and performing picking and packing of stock.
- Effective collaboration is essential, as the role requires coordinating with purchase administrators to align inventory activities with procurement processes.
- Adherence to inventory control procedures, including lot distributions and the handling of sealed bags, is a necessary part of the role.
- The Inventory Coordinator I also contributes to maintaining quality standards by conforming to Company ISO goals and objectives and supporting ISO requirements.

Required Experience
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in inventory control or a related field is preferred.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word, is required.
- GCSE level or above in verbal and numerical abilities.
- Physically capable of handling manual tasks.
