Are you looking for your next challenge in Business Development and Account Management where you will identify sales opportunities, win new business and ensure customer satisfaction for customers using Steris’ Medical Devices and Sterilisation Services?

 

 

Position Summary

Do you enjoy a fast-paced Business Development, Sales and Account Management roles working for a market leading business handling large spend customers in the healthcare sector and hospitals?

Have you previously sold into or been an account manager for customers including Hospitals, Medical Facilities or the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry as a whole?

 

Duties

If so, Steris want you to join their amazing team as a Capital Business Development & Account Manager. Much of the role is ‘new business and business development’ as we are targeting a predominantly new sector for Steris – Endoscopy. We have a newly developed product range with a business strategy which is primarily focused on the Endoscopy decontamination market. This is a new role due to this expansion of the product range, you will take full responsibility for business development, sales and account management of these products and services across the central England territory.

Required Experience
  • Previous experience selling and or managing accounts within the Healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical or sterilisation industry.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to build sales relationships within the Healthcare and Hospitals market.  
  • Proven ability to look after your customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Comfortable preparing forecasts and plans then achieving the results contained in these.
  • Self-motivated and hungry to succeed by delivering amazing service to your customers.
  • Natural problem solver who can identify opportunities to help customers.
  • Happy working regionally and managing your own time.
  • Looking for a role where you can develop and grow with genuine career opportunities.
