Job Title:  KOL Associate

Position Summary

We are looking for a Professional Relations Senior Manager to join our team based in Fidenza. This position is responsible for partnering with Industry Experts and Professional Community, developing educational programs, and providing support with clinical content creation. The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product Management departments to plan, successfully execute and follow-up on diverse activities and projects related to Key Opinion Leaders and Clinical Strategy. This role's objective is to implement company-wide standards and procedures for KOLs while achieving corporate support and plan for International and global KOLs.

Duties

- Build and maintain relationships with the KOLs of the region

- Support EMEA Sales team to maintain local relationships with KOLs of the region

- Manage and improve the Training kits stock, measure usage and sales (KPIs), smooth procedures and operations

- Support marketing operations such as communication on the KOL flyers, building and maintain database, launch of the new and re-launch of old products made by KOLs as well as incentive sales

- Evaluate the creation of new instruments requested by KOLs, smooth the procedures

- Schedule and plan activities concerning international/global KOLs. Attend trade shows and events to find and maintain contacts as assigned

- Manage and plan budgets concerning international KOLs and their activities together with marketing and sales team. Prepare project finance reports and measure ROI

- Collaborate with other global regions, such as US, Latin America or Asia, in order to give unique corporate support to global KOLs

- Set up communications, alignments and coordinate the structure

- Support clinical strategy by daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Education Degree

Required Experience

- Previous experience working with speakers and/or continuing education is preferred

- Dental experience is preferred
