Duties

 

  1. Understand Customer Needs:

    • Uncover and understand what our customers truly need.
    • Use this understanding to develop and refine specifications for future product enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management:

    • Work closely with the product management team.
    • Define the connected user experience and requirements for our platforms.
  3. Effective Communication and Execution:

    • Work well with internal and third-party development teams.
    • Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
    • Make sure execution aligns with business expectations.
  4. Team Facilitation:

    • Lead and facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams.
    • Coordinate efforts in developing, delivering, and supporting ConnectAssure.
  5. Global Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with global stakeholders for the successful launch of ConnectAssure in target markets.
  6. Revenue Performance and Problem-Solving:

    • Be responsible for planning, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
    • Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving and generate actionable solutions.
  7. Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate development activities across different teams (development and IT).
    • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly.
  8. Commercial Collaboration:

    • Work closely with commercial teams.
    • Increase product penetration and utilization through tools, training, and value-focused programs.
  9. Sales Support and Marketing:

    • Participate in sales training, conferences, and customer events.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective collateral and lead campaigns.
  10. Competitive Analysis and Field Support:

    • Regularly assess competitors and their connectivity solutions.
    • Provide comprehensive field support regarding product application and use.

Required Experience

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of professional experience in on-premise or cloud software, connected devices, or other IoT products.


Skills and Abilities:
Product/user/customer training and technical sales expertise.
Experience supporting sales and renewals for software products.
Knowledge of IT systems administration and networking technologies.
Strong background in creating technical enablement programs and knowledge bases.
Ability to manage to targets and KPIs.
Comfort working with remote teams and customers.
Effective communication skills at all levels.

 Pay range for this opportunity is $91,250.00 - $127,575.00. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Employees are covered by an employee assistance program (also available to household members) and long-term disability. Full-Time Employees are also eligible for short-term disability.  Full-time Employees will also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service and paid Holidays. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
