Position Summary

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will research, develop, implement and measure innovative talent attraction and brand strategies spanning digital marketing, events, and programs to achieve candidate pipeline generation and build employment brand awareness. The role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders to develop, localize and communicate our employee value proposition among different audiences that align to recruitment campaign concepts, delivering consistent compelling messaging.

Duties
  • Lead the design and delivery of global employment branding content, programs and initiatives that produce awareness and draw high quality candidates to STERIS.
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns to engage with a broad and diverse candidate pool.
  •  Oversee employment brand marketing budget, planning and execution.
  • Manage our social media and digital strategy through various channels including- Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, Blogs, and our Careers Site.
  • Develop and analyze metrics for employment branding programs tied to key hiring/growth objectives.
  • Develop and enable internal brand ambassadors to drive employee engagement and execution of the STERIS story through social networks.
  • Participate in the design of key metrics and will be responsible for monitoring results to evaluate the effectiveness of employment branding, social media and other talent attraction efforts.
  • Collaborate with the global TA team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting channels, tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the corporate communications team to ensure alignment between teams, messaging and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of candidate demographics and competitive landscape.  Identify continuous improvement opportunities to keep our program fresh and relevant.
Education Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing required
  • Experience in a recruiting role is a plus
  • Experience developing, defining and executing candidate attraction, outreach and lead generation strategies through various channels to meet high growth recruiting objectives
  • Marketing experience with brand management, creative messaging, targeted audience campaigns, content, SEO, digital media strategy and planning, brand campaign development and execution, media negotiation and placement, collateral, events, social media, communications, brand insights and research, and brand value propositions and positioning
  • Project management experience that enables implementation and measurement of employment branding strategies
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Knowledge of equal opportunity legislation and diversity and inclusion employment practices in region.  AAP/OFCCP compliance preferred (US).
