Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by handling scheduling, travel coordination, and reporting responsibilities.  This role is critical to the efficient operation of the team by managing many important tasks, allowing the group to focus on finding and hiring quality candidates.  The incumbent will interact with a variety of stakeholders, including job candidates, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Director of Talent Acquisition, outside vendors, and others in the HR community.  The position provides an excellent opportunity to learn the talent acquisition function.

What You Will Do
  • Schedules interviews, organizes travel arrangements for candidates and handles other logistics related to candidate interviews
  • Manages/supports assigned programs including interns and employee referral program. Leads planning and coordination of career fairs and other events
  • Manages interview materials and team invoice/reimbursement process requests
  • Develop, generate and distribute reports. Provides ad hoc reports and program summaries as needed
  • Administer monthly surveys
What You Need to be Successful
  • Education: High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of human resources, talent acquisition coordination, or general coordination experience in a business setting.  In lieue of experience, a degree in Human Resources or similar field.
  • Experience with talent acquisition projects is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or human capital management systems, experience with Success Factors a plus
  • Experience tracking, gathering and compiling data as well as report generation
  • Strong PC skills, Microsoft programs including Teams, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Internet research skills
  • Must have strong attention-to-detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills; demonstrated ability to manage and constantly prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholder requests
