The Talent Acquisition Partner II at STERIS will be assigned a business or function to build deep relationships and expertise.  To this end you will perform full lifecycle recruiting, develop business partnerships, and execute a broad-based search strategy that ultimately delivers a strong talent pipeline for the business. As a subject matter expert for your hiring teams, you will also use data to tell the story and obtain market intelligence to inform and educate.  In this role you will be given the opportunity and room to participate in process optimization, technology deployment, employment branding and candidate engagement/experience projects.  


Position is remote, however, ideal locations would include Chicago IL, Chester NY, and Mentor OH.

What You'll do as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume, non-exempt roles across multiple sites.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, talent communities, employee referrals, and local outreach strategies.
  • Conduct a high volume of daily phone screens, efficiently assessing candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning needs and deliver timely recruiting solutions.
  • Leverage data to track metrics and optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition Team on initiatives and special projects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring and employment practices.
  • Ensure process and hiring teams provide an exceptional candidate experience, and be a STERIS brand ambassador to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image.
  • Build a presence on social media with respect to your recruiting assignments.
  • Participates in technology deployment, process optimization and various other TA related projects as interested.

 

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment
  • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Must have experience working on high-volume non-exempt positions

 

Preferred:

  • Recruiting experience in manufacturing/processing, logistics and/or distribution environments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high requisition workload effectively
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent using a variety of tools and strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-orientated environment
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar applicants tracking systems

Pay range for this opportunity is $59,500.00 - $83,212.50. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
