What you will do
  • Serve as the central LMS technical SME and enterprise administrator.  Drive the maintenance and optimization of the LMS system to support business needs globally. Manage system architecture, role-based permissions, data integrity, and quarterly updates.
  • Develop solutions to LMS system challenges, collect user requirements, research technical practices, engage with the SAP SuccessFactors community and user groups to stay on top of leading practices.
  • Manage your work and projects, navigate ambiguity and build collaborative relationships.  Enable the LMS to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Expected to take on responsibility that may be broader than their own work, as part of the HR Systems team will partner on other SuccessFactors projects, gaining experience with other HCM Talent modules.
  • Facilitate LMS power user group sessions, provide training that will enable a globally decentralized system admin group to succeed in managing their learning domains, content, and learning users.
  • Experience on large teams solving complex problems and lead project teams
  • Solves problems, communicates effectively to all stakeholders, at all levels of the organization.
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strongly prefer certification in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • 1+ year experience configuring and implementing LMS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS).  
  • Minimum of 5 years of LMS or Talent Management Suite system administration experience.  Prefer experience authoring learning objects.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
