The Role

Do you look at data and your mind begins to see patterns and opportunity?  If so, you may make the perfect addition to our team.  As a Business Operations Analyst, you will make business recommendations to improve company production efficiency and revenue by studying data, communicating with team members and stakeholders and working closely with project teams. We are seeking mathematics-minded individuals who excel at analyzing and visualizing data and using it to make recommendations that have a positive impact on the overall business model. Day to day responsibilities include analyzing business intelligence data and making important inferences about what the data means, recommending modifications to existing processes or projects to make them more efficient, improving existing workflows for peak efficiency, and creating and updating standard operating procedures. You will also design, create, and maintain published business reports in Cognos and Tableau.

What You Will Do

•Responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations

•Analyzing vast amounts of data and information

•Document and review company policies and business process

•Analyze data and information to identify opportunities for process improvement

•Work closely with upper management to achieve outcomes based on company goals (Balanced Scorecard)

•Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance

•Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements

•Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies and cost-effectiveness across all platforms

•Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments

•Keep updated on industry and market trends

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Finance

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields 
  • Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting using the following skillsets:
  • Data analysis
  • Data modeling
  • Dashboard design (Tableau)
  • Information gathering
