Position Summary

The Sales Training Coordinator works closely with the Global Training Team.  This role is focused on continued development of our sales organization, distributor partners and corporate employees. 




Global Training Programs for US, Germany, International Distributors, and Corporate/Operations Team

  • Supports the logistics planning and execution for Training Programs/On-Boarding Programs across all new Product Specialists in the USA, Germany and 75+ International Distributor Partners
    • Scheduling presenters and lab time
    • Coordination of all transportation and hotel accommodations and logistics
    • Meals/food management for all training sessions and events
    • Materials management for training sessions (welcome packets, samples, gifts, literature)
  • Supports the planning and facilitation of US Endoscopy corporate product training sessions annually for all new hires that includes US Endoscopy/STERIS history and overview, mission and values, along with core product training


Training Records Management

  • Supports the Associate Training Manager to ensure Sales Professionals/Corporate Employees have required and necessary training and documentation for Vendor Credentialing.
  • Tracks online learning module completion status for training sessions through Compass/STERIS University and eLearn.
  • Supports the Quality Standard Practices (QSPs) process for the commercial organization (Sales, Marketing, International) to ensure compliance with US Endoscopy’s Quality Systems.
  • Supports the Contact Hour documentation process.

Global Annual Meeting and Sales Awards Preparation and Execution

  • Collaborates with STERIS Meeting and Events team to support US Endoscopy logistics and meeting needs.
Required Experience
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree or 1-2 years Business College preferred

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred (pharmaceutical, capital, hospital, clinical background)
  • Organization and planning skills / project management skills
  • US and international project experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with LMS systems/Learning technologies (Articulate, etc) preferred
