Position Summary

The incumbent solves non-conformity problems detected within fabrication work cells.

  1. Initiates and coordinates identification, disposal, repair, and approval process when a non-conformity has been detected in production.
  2. Provides training on Quality System’s procedures and instructions.
  3. Supports Quality Systems Manager /Quality Engineer in updating data and indicators pertaining to quality management or in other various tasks.
  4. Participates in various projects pertaining to continuous improvement, problem solving, corrective actions, and design reviews.
  5. Inspects parts in production during investigations or for other specific needs.

  • Associate's Degree
Required Experience
  1. 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally in fabrication, supporting a Quality team).
  2. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs is required.
  3. Customer and results oriented.
