Position Summary:

The role of the Service Operations Project Coordinator is to provide multi-functional tactical and project support for the entire NA Healthcare Service division.  This includes providing key support in managing data, logistics, event planning and other initiatives that support Customer and employee engagement and achieving Service business results.

What you will do:
  • Assist the Service team leadership on targeted initiatives, creating reports and other documentation.  Responsible for expediting data followed by compilation and distribution of reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Field Service and Service Operations team, including basic office support, Microsoft Office Suite, expense reports, purchase orders, IT requests, presentation support, marketing coordination as well as creating and distribution of marketing & Customer experience training and program certification documents.
  • Oversee preparation of Voice of Customer data/information in support of cross-divisional marketing development work
  • Act as the service point of contact / representative for all corporate charity fundraising efforts, as well as internal employee engagement events
  • Assist with pre-meeting planning, onsite support and post-meeting follow up for our National Sales and Service meeting
  • Look for synergies across the shared services, sales and service teams and communicate opportunities for process improvements or general knowledge sharing
What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience; in lieu of degree, 8 years of business experience within a service or sales environment is required
  • Three (3+) years of business experience within a customer service or sales environment with responsibilities in customer operations, administration, project and/or program management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required; proficiency with Microsoft PowerApps is preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple time sensitive deliverables, and supporting multiple leaders and initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Program or program management and/or event planning strongly preferred
  • Experience in service/sales support or service operations roles preferred
