Position Summary

The Product Manager will create diverse global marketing strategies enterprise-wide, conduct product lifecycle management (product concept through post-commercialization) activities, and define product roadmaps to drive product line growth across various country markets throughout the globe (e.g. countries in North America, Latin America, EMEA).The individual will collaborate with various global stakeholders, including country-specific commercial and sales managers, marketing communications, regulatory, quality and manufacturing to ensure that market needs are met, developed and executed to ensure profitable growth within designated product portfolios. 

What You'll do as a Product Manager

  • Work closely with the commercial team to increase product penetration & utilization through the development of tools and programs that provide a seamless approach to selling value
  • Collaboratively identify issues, opportunities and associated strategies within assigned procedural areas through frequent conversations and interactions with Customers, sales leadership and account managers
  • Communicate with field representatives to assure awareness of product changes, pricing changes, new sales tools, corrective measures, etc
  • Create and drive short- and long-term planning process, marketing strategies, and tactics within assigned product areas to achieve corporate revenue, margin, and market share goals
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members to identify solutions based on data, building excitement and consensus specific to assigned product/procedural area to drive projects forward
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership on the development/execution of action plans and new product launches including: forecasting and financial planning/business case development; market potential/opportunity and target share; value proposition creation; competitive analysis and market trends; market pricing; product life cycle planning; product training
  • Identify, establish and maintain productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Accounts (KAs) in the medical community and primarily related to product areas of focus
  • Support cross-functional new product development teams with market objectives when completing documentation (PRD, IOS, Labeling, etc.), feasibility testing, and risk analysis for new products and line extensions
  • Drive planning for new product launches including forecasting, sales collateral, equipment evaluation requirements, pricing guidelines, and product training
  • Drive content and participate in sales meetings, national & regional conferences, product testing with Customers, and other events

The Experience, Abilities and Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated effective strategy implementation, planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Ability to effectively apply business acumen, including financial, market. industry trends, and market analytics
  • Need to provide strong leadership in all phases including supporting Voice of Customer recommendations based on data and research
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
