Job Title:  International Tax Analyst

STERIS is seeking an International Tax Analyst to join the corporate Tax Department located at our North American headquarters in Mentor (Cleveland), Ohio. You will support all aspects of the International Tax function at STERIS, including accounting for income taxes, compliance, Non-U.S. audits, transfer pricing and more.

*This position is located in Mentor, Ohio with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. 

Duties

•    Assist with the non-U.S. portion of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, including preparation of Non-U.S. tax provision packages and reconciliation of income tax accounts for Non-U.S. locations
•    Provide support for the preparation of international tax compliance for U.S. federal income tax return including Forms 926, 5471, 5472, 8858, and other associated tax return disclosures
•    Track pretax earnings, adjustments and taxes for earnings and profits calculation and tested income
•    Support global transfer pricing documentation process
•    Assist with other tasks related to non-U.S. activities, including providing support prior to external financial audits, running monthly reports
 

Experience

•    Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
•    1 + years of federal income tax experience with a multinational organization and/or public accounting firm along with excellent analytical skills required
•    International tax experience preferred but not required. Candidate should possess strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. 
•    CPA or MST a plus
•    Knowledge of Oracle Applications R12 a plus
