Duties

  1. Performs final product inspections on products manufactured by Pinecone Biological Operations.
  2. Performs incoming inspection on raw materials and finished goods purchased by Pinecone Biological Operations.
  3. Performs 1st Articles on raw materials and finished goods purchased by Pinecone Biological Operations.
  4. Assists with the MRB activities including NCRs and customer returns and keeps the MRB area clean and organized.
  5. Working knowledge of the Oracle11i and the STERIS PLM systems.
  6. Proof reads labels and vendor pre-production proofs for accuracy.

Duties - cont'd

  • Will be required to perform inventory transactions including receiving, stocking and shipping paperwork.
  • Will be required to unload trucks using a pallet jack. Will need to use the STERIS truck for deliveries to other STERIS buildings.
  • Maintains hazardous waste log and performs monthly inspection of containers.
  • Assist in Documentation (Writing, Reviewing) of relevant procedures.
  • Follow all applicable GMP, ISO and Safety guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

  1. Able to read blueprints and follow procedures. (Dimensions, tolerances, basic gd&t, requirements of drawings, pass/fail inspection, etc.).
  2. Mechanically adept, able to use simple measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, dial indicator and other measuring device/gauges.
  3. Computer literate.
  4. Organized, able to keep and maintain multiple files.
