Position Summary

Lead Business Systems Analyst for Supply Chain and Manufacturing environments. The individual will be both hands-on and help teams to plan, design and implement efficient business and systems solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. This includes understanding discrete and process manufacturing. Top level technical and process expert in manufacturing and supply chain who will provide consulting on complex manufacturing process improvement utilizing existing software systems or adds on. This is a high-level position reporting directly to the office of CIO and working very closely with the VPs of Manufacturing group.


1.    Supporting CIO and IT directors as the BRM for manufacturing and supply chain function
2.    Partner with business stakeholders to understand the current state and develop a future IT manufacturing and supply chain strategy. Sell and drive the strategy.
3.    Discover, synthesis and analyze information including tools, processes and documentation. Challenge As-Is mind set 
4.    Analyzing the needs and evaluate/recommend solutions of business challenges and goals
5.    Design for the visible global collaborative integrated manufacturing and supply chain to enable global chain business model
6.    where is needed utilizing the supply chain best practices.

7.    Understand the business demand and existing S&OP process and help to develop a supply and demand plan that will help to better balance supply and demand and reduce out of or over-stock inventory situations.
8.    Evaluate and understand various existing supply chain processes and planning for improvement
9.    Facilitating stakeholder collaboration (of Manufacturing/Supply Chain clients) and translate to IT definition 
10.    Influence both business partner and IT through analytics and consultation 
11.    Drive change management processes in partnership with business and IT; Articulate needs and rationale for change
12.    Serve as customer advocate of IT at all levels

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business

Required Experience

1.    10+ years’ experience in software development (SDLC) as a team lead, project manager and/or systems analyst in manufacturing execution systems (MES) architect and supply chain.
2.    25 – 50 percent traveling is required.
3.    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, industrial engineering or related field. MS and/or MBA preferred.
