Position Summary

  • Gain an understanding of working on a custom-developed application
  • Gain hands on experience working with a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Gain knowledge of CRM system
  • Gain knowledge on documenting requirements
  • Gain proficiency in application testing

Duties

  • Assist in bimonthly application change releases
  • Work with onsite and offshore teams to implement changes required for the release
  • Test the system changes
  • Assist in the system redesign project by testing the functionality
  • Assist in documenting requirements and/or test cases

Required Experience

Education Requirements-

Undergrad Junior or Senior pursuing major or minor in computer science or information systems OR MS 1st or a 2nd-year student pursuing major or minor in computer science or information systems.

Experience, Knowledge or Skills

Must have taken at least 1 programming class

Completed at least 2 computer science courses

Basic understanding of applications

SQL knowledge is a plus

Good analytical skills

Good verbal and written communication

Good organization skills
