What You Will Do

  • Work with a close-knit HR leadership team supporting  HR research, project support, reporting/analytics, and champion global HR initiatives.  This includes identifying opportunities and positively influencing leadership approaches.
  • Recruiting -Partner with central recruiting team to guide interview and selection process. Supporting innovative approaches to developing pipelines and promoting our employee value proposition.
  • Training – HR orientation, facilitation of HR training, and collaborate with our Technical Training team to create seamless onboarding and great new hire experiences.
  • Performance Management/ Employee Relations– Consult & coach managers with the continuous process to improve performance through clarifying expectations, setting objectives, providing feedback, and reviewing results. Lead employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions as needed.
  • Provide HR support and solutions as a HR Partner to managers and employees at various levels in our fast-paced environment.  You will support assigned teams and collaborate cross functionally with change management efforts to foster adoption of HR or business changes.

What You Need to be Successful

  • A collaborative spirit, ready to lend a helping hand, jump into a new situation and learn and offer creative solutions and innovative ideas as we take care of our leaders and our employees.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or related business- Certifications such as PHR/SHRM or SHRM-CP/SCP are desired
  • 2-4 years relevant HR experience- preferably in a global organization with facility and field-based populations. 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, and employee relations experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) like SuccessFactors or WorkDay and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge and application of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance issues- experience in change management and/or communications a plus.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills- proven ability to meet deadlines.
