Electropolish Operator

Position Summary
The Electropolish Operator performs finishing operations utilizing the electropolish process. Maintains lifting system and cathode equipment. Reports any unusual activity to Electro Polish Technician or Team Lead. Follows standard work instructions and always follows safety regulations and requirements.
Duties
- Sets up electro-polish equipment to treat surfaces.
- Operate a hoist system to perform finishing operation utilizing electropolish process.
- Monitor process control of solutions to ensure processing within predetermined parameters.
- Reports any unusual activity within the operations of the system.
- Inspect own work to ensure quality on the finish.
- Complies with all quality standards and safety rules and regulations.
- Additional duties, as required to meet business needs.
Education Degree
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
- 1-2 years related experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a solid metal fabrication environment is required.
Skills
- Must have basic math and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented – attention to detail.
