Job Title: Electropolish Operator

Position Summary
Performs finishing operations utilizing electropolish process. Checks and maintains chemical solutions in the factory and maintain the waste water treatment system in accordance with established procedures.
Duties
. Sets up electro-polish equipment to treat surfaces.
2. Operate a hoist system to perform finishing operation utilizing electropolish process.
3. Conduct prescribed tests on chemical processing solutions per standard work procedures on a regular basis to assure proper operating range.
4. Adjust or replace solutions to ensure compliance with requirements.
5. Monitor process control of solutions to ensure processing within predetermined parameters.
6. Inspect own work to ensure quality on the finish.
7. Interface with department supervisors, personnel and the maintenance department to ensure proper disposal of chemical wastes, in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Complies with all quality standards and safety rules and regulations.
9. Additional duties, as required to meet business needs

- High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
Preferred Experience
- One year of related experience.
- Two years experience in a metal fabrication environment
