Position Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing analytics related to Compensation data field audits.  The role will develop repeatable data analytics processes to provide ongoing audit assurance and improve audit efficiency.  This position will drive Compensation data field integrity and will collaborate with Compensation team and HR throughout the organization in order to create efficiencies and add value to the business. 

What You Will Do
  • Performs detailed data analysis of content and quality of data through examination of source systems.
  • Partner with Compensation team members to review Compensation-related data and update incorrect or missing (Compensation owned) information in various source systems.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services, HRIS, and HR to ensure other Compensation-related data is reviewed and updated correctly in HR information system.
  • Audit and correct Long Term Incentive level fields in  HR information system on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor daily bonus alerts to identify and alert/follow through with appropriate HR member of incorrect entry.
  • Partner with HRIS to create Compensation data upload files for various source systems, when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a controlled repository of Master data for various Compensation-related audits (Job Codes, Long Term Incentive level fields, grandfathering, etc.).
  • Continuously improve Compensation-owned data fields to help achieve department goals.
  • Provide additional support to other Compensation team members when needed (Compensation data requests, market pricing, compensation surveys, etc.).
What You Need to be Successful
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 0-2 years of analytical work experience preferred; HS Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of analytical work experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel required
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Audit experience preferred
