Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Customer Solutions Manager, this role provides efficient and effective services to the Healthcare Management Team (HMT). The Coordinator will oversee and support assigned sales and business-related projects while working collaboratively with other groups in the Healthcare organization and ensuring timely and successful completion. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for promptly addressing and resolving customer requests while maintaining best-in-class service. The role involves preparing and coordinating leadership engagements with the Sales Enablement team, ensuring leaders are well-informed and equipped, all meeting needs are met, logistics are coordinated, and engagements run smoothly. This position supports the business imperatives of Growth, Operational Excellence, Leadership Excellence, and Customer Focus by acting with integrity, treating everyone with mutual respect, committing to the success of all employees, and delivering customer satisfaction through teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement, all while ensuring safety.
This is a fully onsite position at our Mentor Ohio US Corporate Headquarters. Monday - Friday, hours based on customer needs.
What You'll Do as a Customer Solutions Center Coordinator
- 60% Calendar, Expense, Meeting Logistics, Office Management & Customer Event Management
- Manage CSC and training calendar, including meetings, travel and event coordination; ensures CSC maintenance and leads on-ground activity with the Sales Enablement team.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and workshops, ensuring focused and actionable outcomes.
- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders utilizing the Oracle Purchase Order System following established policies and procedures; maintains related files. Provides timely follow-up communication; maintain related files and follow up on outstanding issues including unpaid invoices, PO number issuance, and corporate support concerns
- Accurately processes invoices and purchase requisitions for timely project processing and management in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Prepares and submits Customer Solution Center expense reports for approval encompassing on average 400 line items per report (approx. 40 hours per month).
- Evaluates suppliers/vendors while proposing options for cost effectiveness in procurement while maintaining relationships.
- Stays informed and is knowledgeable on all regulations and guidelines regarding Customer interactions ( i.e. Foreign Corruption Policy, Advamed, Code of Ethics, and Open Payments).
- Responsible for completing proper protocol paperwork and annual reporting of Open Payments visits to STERIS, ensuring compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS)
- Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, memos, reports, managing phone calls for Customer Solutions visits, maintaining department and personal
files, and maintaining supply of office products. - 40% Project, Analytical Data Management
- Collaborate with Healthcare team to prioritize business priorities & strategies.
- Handle Customer and internal inquires including intake, review, preparation, analysis, and in partnership or on behalf of SVP & President
- Providing department leaders with recommendations, consultation, and coordination to improve itinerary and travel efficiency.
- Providing tactical support to implement ideas through lean principles and project management tools.
- Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Identify, make recommendations, and solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external Customers; seek feedback and adjust service levels and needed.
- Provide support and oversight for special projects.
- Lead & engage STERIS and non-STERIS resources assigned to specific projects or Customer request efforts, including defining each team member’s role and responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned; duties may vary based on needs of the Sr. Customer Solution Manager
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 5+ years in business or management positions
Other:
- Proven experience organizing and directing teams and departments
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication
- Extremely adaptable and resourceful, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with emphasis on financial & analytics operations
- Demonstrated success in project & process management

Pay range for this opportunity is $50,000 - $62,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
