Position Summary

The role of the North America (NA) Customer and Sales Operations Project Coordinator is to provide multi-functional tactical and project support.  This role is responsible for overseeing the day to day support of Open Payments compliance, Vendor Credentialing (VCO) of all NA Sales and Service representatives, Equipment Audit presentations and Customer Experience/NPS surveys.  The role is critical in ensuring the NA Sales and Service teams are appropriately credentialed based on individual VCO and hospital requirements.  In addition to overseeing these important programs, this role is responsible for all continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the most efficient and effective processes are being utilized.  


  • Owns the review of information related to the Sunshine Act by compiling, researching, and spending time interviewing employees with Sunshine act recordable transactions.  Responsible for submitting Sunshine act spreadsheet to Regulatory which is then uploaded to Customer Management System.
  • Manages the daily activities associated with Vendor Credentialing for sales and service.  Looks for ways to reduce costs associated with VCOs and improve the overall process of credentialing NA Commercial Ops associates.
  • Participates as a member on the C4UHC (Consortium for Universal Healthcare Credentialing) to drive credentialing standards and interoperability.
  • Works closely with sales and service leadership to update their teams on changes in credentialing requirements and regulations.
  • Follows all data privacy guidelines related to employees personal health information (PHI) and personal identifiable information (PII).
  • Works directly with VCOs and Providers to understand different credentialing requirements and develops process to adhere to such requirements
  • Oversees the Net Promotor Score (NPS) and Customer experience survey processes to ensure survey contacts are received and surveys are sent. Responsible for the compilation and distribution of documents related to NPS and Customer experience surveys.
  • Prepares equipment audit presentation materials for the field sales based on Excel spreadsheets of a facilities install base.  Includes equipment type, manufacturer, age, condition, etc.
  • Has a LEAN mindset-looks for synergies across the shared services, sales and service teams and communicates opportunities for process improvements or general knowledge sharing.


  • Creates reports, analyzes data and prepares documentation based on analysis.  Examples include, but are not limited to, monthly reports, quarterly business reviews and Customer profiles.
  • Produces advanced PowerPoint slides and other presentation materials for the field sales and NA Commercial Operations leadership.
  • Participates in key meetings to document and disseminate important follow up items.

Required Experience

  • A four year degree is required business or related field.  In lieu of a degree an additional 5 years of experience is required to the minimum years of required experience.
  • A minimum of three years business experience within a customer service or sales environment with responsibilities in cutomer operations, administration, project and/or program management.
  • Experience in Sales support, Sales Operations, Regulatory/Compiance roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in workflow, change control, or ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
  • Ability to work in a multi-task, deadline driven environment.
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize workload.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and results oriented.  Able to work with all levels of a organization including remote leaders and employees in North America.
  • Must be flexible, work well in a team and thrive in a complex operating environment with fast-changing priorities or ambiguous challenges
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, creative, analytical, and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
