Position Summary

What You'll Do

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Analyze complex sales and service data to uncover trends and patterns, translating them into actionable insights for process enhancement.
  • Craft and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor and drive sales and service excellence.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with diverse teams to refine workflows, improve communication, and address operational challenges.
  • Facilitate the seamless integration and adoption of new sales and service technologies, championing user engagement and proficiency.
  • Perform meticulous audits to uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity within our operational systems.
