As a Business Analyst you will be responsible entering, pulling, and analyzing pricing, sales, and contract data.  Assists with gathering data and providing analytical reports in order for sales leadership to make effective decisions.  Works directly with Manager to ensure data accuracy, timely and efficient reporting, and suggests plans for continuous improvement.  

What you will do with us:

Operational Excellence 

  • Assist with preparing and publishing business dashboards, sales metrics, and productivity analysis.
  • Collaborates with Manager to improve reporting processes and to create custom reports for Sales Leadership.
  • Enters, pulls, and analyizes sales and contract data.
  • Proactively provide support with automation of tasks/procedures, enhanced reporting solutions, sales administration analysis duties such as RFQ, past due invoice analysis and ad-hoc requests.

Delivering Results 

  • Collect and analyze standard reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to evaluate performance to goals, forecasts and capacity management for sales management review.
  • Assist in the Territory Design and Alignment processes.
  • Support data gathering, optimization and analysis of usage and adoption of Sales Connection, Tableau and other proprietary software tools.

Education Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevent experience
  • Self-starter that is highly organized
  • Prior experience enabling changes within an organization by analyzing data, defining needs and formulating solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with people at all levels within the STERIS organization and work effectively and professionally with external people including Customers and government officials. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple high priority responsibilities on-time and effectively.
  • Ability to interpret and translate data into solving business problems
  • Excellent PC skills and software capabilities
