Here at STERIS, Customer Service is at the heart of what we do.  The Healthcare Customer Service group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join their team.  

What You Will Do

  • Manage inbound calls from multiple queues, including our French-Canadian queue, in the US and Canada and act as the first point of contact for Customer inquiries.
  • Typical calls include, but are not limited to, order placement, order resolution, product assistance, and service dispatch. 
  • Collaborate with other departments across the organization to ensure Customer concerns or requests are being taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Build a foundation and understanding of STERIS, its Customers, and product lines. 
  • Cross-functional work that cultivates relationships across the company, creates visibility, and opens doors for future opportunities within the organization.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Fluency in French and English required
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Discipline preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of business experience including direct contact with Customers and Sales
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
